We provide liquidity to lenders, investors and homeowners by working as loss mitigation specialists for real estate agents, attorneys, homeowners, mortgage brokers and other investors. - Creative financing buyer of real estate for our own portfolio. Primarily we use a buy and sell strategy, but will consider buy and hold properties on a case by case basis. We are a principal bid for pre-forclosures in the jumbo market.
